Our professional local guides ensure your trip is safe, educational, and engaging – a unique Colorado experience you won’t find in a guidebook.
We offer guided half day hiking trips in Boulder’s foothills and the surrounding area. If you have the time for a full-day excursion, Colorado Wilderness Rides and Guides can take you hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Even the drive into the park is gorgeous! There are options for all fitness levels, including easy to most difficult. Our experienced team will help you find the perfect hiking trips on the best hiking trails in Colorado.
Guided Hiking Excursion Rates:
Half-Day Hiking Adventure: $325 for one hiker, $190 per person for two, $145 per person for three, and $130 per person for four or more people.
Full-Day Hiking Adventure: $515 for one guest, $295 per person based on two guests, $220 per person based on three people, and $185 per person based on four or more hikers.
Included in our rates: The services of a professional guide(s); round-trip transportation from Boulder to the trailhead; snacks and water (full-day hikes include a deli-style lunch); education about local and natural history; a SPOT locator beacon, medical kit, and contingency and emergency support.
Not included in our rates: Park entrance fees, which are $10 per person daily for Eldorado Canyon State Park and $15 per person per week for Rocky Mountain National Park. Clients pay these fees directly to the Parks upon entrance. Gratuity for your guide(s) are also not included. While the amount is at your discretion, the recommended gratuity is 20%. For groups of 6 or more, we will charge a 20% guide gratuity.
