Experience the history, culture, architecture, and geography of downtown Denver while cruising on a bike down bike paths running through the heart of the downtown district. For those who want to explore Denver without a car, this easy cycling tour is the best way to see some of the inner beauty of the ‘Mile High City”. We will ride some of the bike path that connects different parts of the city, while tracing waterways, rivers, and streams though the heart of the city. This is a fun way to gain a better insight into Denver, get some exercise, and see the part of Denver that only the locals really see.
Price: $145 per person
Note: All of our trips are guaranteed to depart but our prices are based on the number of participants:$145 per person with 4 or more guests; $165 per person with 3 people; $205 per person with 2 people; and, $350 for a solo traveler. We happily take solo travelers out all the time!
A gear list will be sent upon confirmation of course registration, and we’re happy to help arrange for personal gear if you do not have it.
Itinerary: The riding is relatively flat with less than 200’ of gain and between 6-10 miles. So this is perfect for those coming from lower altitudes and natives who are looking for a fun but mellow outing.
Included: The services of professional biking guide(s); bike rental (Fuji hard-tailed mountain bike) and helmet; round-trip transportation between hotel or central meeting location and trailheads (if needed); water and snacks; education about local and natural history; repair kits (floor pump, hand pump, patch kits, etc.); and an emergency medical kit.
Not included in our rates: Gratuity for your guide (while this is at your discretion, the recommended gratuity is 20%).
Special Notes: Bike upgrade available! We can arrange a road bike for an additional cost.
